Position Overview:
We are seeking passionate and driven Sales Consultants to join our team. In this commission-based role, you will promote our life coaching services, connect with potential clients, and help them discover the solutions they need to thrive. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for potential clients interested in life coaching services.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and company-provided resources.
- Connect with individuals and businesses to present Joyyah’s life coaching services.
- Build relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable coaching packages.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly goals.
- Utilize Joyyah’s free training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
- Previous sales experience is a plus but not required—training is provided.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Interest in life coaching and personal development is highly desirable.
