Download and open AnyDesk on your computer from anydesk.com.
 

Step 2: Share Your AnyDesk ID
Send your AnyDesk ID to the JOYYAH support team so we can request a remote connection.
 

Step 3: Approve the Connection
Accept the connection request when you are ready. Stay at your computer and follow the support team's instructions.
