Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional business coaching to entrepreneurs, executives, and business owners, including strategic guidance in marketing, branding, and business growth initiatives

• Represent and sell Joyyah’s high-impact business coaching products and solutions

• Build and nurture long-term client relationships grounded in trust, measurable results, and value creation

• Apply evidence-based coaching frameworks and methodologies to solve complex business challenges and drive sustainable growth

• Monitor client performance, track key metrics, and ensure measurable outcomes and accountability

• Independently manage your schedule, client pipeline, and responsibilities while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and service

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a sales role; experience in consultative, service-based. (digital marketing sales is a plus)

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven mindset

• Coachable, open to learning, and committed to personal and professional growth

• Ability to manage your own schedule and operate independently with accountability

• Relevant sales education and/or extensive experience in sales is a plus
